Re: [otrs] How to filter Attachements?

Hey, Do you maybe have a tipp how to add such a feature? My Customer is using Lotus Notes / Domino as Mail Client / Server. Every message hat a letterhead and an Icon which is recognised as "attachment" in OTRS. The "attached" files are named "ecblank.gif" and "graycol.gif". I already asked the support from our Mail Admins and they said that this is a normal behavior if you do not use a Lotus client to fetch the Mails.
