Thank you so much for your mail. I dun have any email setup in Admin>Postmaster Mail Account, I tried to setup my email but there is only pop3 and IMAP option, mine is an exchange account how do I add it in?

Hi,
In my OTRS system, I am able to sent emails out. I have a few queues setup and all the queues are linked to the same email address. When I send a email to that email , it does not auto-generate a ticket anywhere. How do I overcome this?
