[otrs] Showing the names of the previous Agent Owner

hi, Is there a way to show the previous agent owner of a ticket into the note ? In ticket::frontend::agentticketowner###body, I've tried to set or parameters of this kind : [% Data.Name | html %] but none of them seem to display inside the note. Best Regards Alexis
