Hi Martin,
Afaik there is no limit in Otrs providing you the service of not sending mails. Is this a new install that never worked or did the email sending work before? I'm assuming you are on linux and using a local sendmail? Can you send mail at all from the machine?
If on linux the /var/log directory may also provide some hints.
Groet,
Arnold

All,
I am very new to otrs ( coming back to it after many years ).
Our install here is failing to send emails out this morning with the following error :
[Fri Nov 4 08:29:11 2011][Notice][Kernel::System::PostMaster::Filter::MatchDBSource::Run] Filter: 'QUEUENAME' Set param 'X-OTRS-Queue' to ‘QUEUENAME ‘ (Message-ID: )
[Fri Nov 4 08:29:11 2011][Notice][Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketCreate] New Ticket [2011110401000021/RE: Order Proce] created (TicketID=771,Queue= QUEUENAME ,Priority=3 normal,State=new)
[Fri Nov 4 08:29:11 2011][Error][Kernel::System::Email::Sendmail::Send][81] Can't send message: Cannot allocate memory!
[Fri Nov 4 08:29:11 2011][Info][Kernel::System::Email::Send] Error sending message
Is there a set limit etc in otrs that may cause this, or is this a system issue ?
Any help appreciated. ie RTFM etc !
Thanks
Martin
