to make this clear: This time field is unit free, so it depends on you, what amounts of time spent on this article you enter. It may be minutes, hours, half hours, ... Hi , Just on this topic , I remember reading somewhere that you can setup counter based time accounting , so when an agent takes ownership of a ticket the time is automatically filled in. Tried to search the list and google but couldn't find anything , anyone remember such a workaround? Any help tips would be greatly appreciated Daniel
