Hi Team,
Can any one help me in finding why i am getting SQL error in system log.
OTRS verion - 2.4.6 Linux Suse.
I dont know what configuration change made me getting this error. and from
that time my Autoresponse email is not going untill i manual run the
postmaster script.

your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND tw.user_id
IN (1) AND st.until_time <= 1286735389 LIMIT 10000' at line 1, SQL: 'SELECT

If I take the standard theme it is ok and now it appears in html
Could be a great idea to have a file saying which files are modified in a release ... (maybe it is the case and I don't know as the upgrade is not made by me but the IT people)

Please assist me in closing this problem of SQL error in system log...
Because of this tickets are not getting unlock automatically.

in system log..
because of this Ticket that are lock or not getting autamatically unlocl..'
