
Hi there, My agents ask for a feature ala Outlook. They would like to have, like in Outlook, the opportunity to receive automatic notifications when the customer reads the email. Is there a way to reproduce it in OTRS? this is not possible in the current OTRS release. Just keep in mind, even if this would be configurable, it is up to the recipient if the "read confirmation" is sent back to the origin sender or not. Like in Microsoft Exchange environments this is just a little helper and not a guarantee that you know exactly if your emails are read or not.
