You mean in the customer interface? We asked OTRS and they were asking a huge amount to develop this feature.

It's a bit difficult to properly set this up. If it's consistent, you may
want to use a Notification (Event) for that customer.

We asked OTRS because we couldn't find how to do it. They told us it needed custom development and it was out of our budget.
Maybe it is now included in a recent release?
