Issue Regarding Auto-Response In OTRS
Dear OTRS Team, We have implemented the OTRS version--3.1.11,with mysql version-5.5. We are facing problem while creating the Auto-Response in OTRS.It gives the following error::: * The Connection Was Reset---"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. Sounds more like an Apache issue than an issue with OTRS. Anything in
the apache log files? You may need to tweak the apache config to turn
the logging up to give you more information.
