SOAP::Lite, SOAP::Date latest version is installed, i run otrs.checkmodules script and not problem all modules is installed.

Problem 1 for temporal solution;

problem is the OTRS::ITSM Incident and Problem Management package, i uninstall pacgake and message box is nope. :( but Stats module is saying "Software error:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Kernel::System::Stats::Dynamic::ITSMTicketFirstLevelSolutionRate" (perhaps you forgot to load "Kernel::System::Stats::Dynamic::ITSMTicketFirstLevelSolutionRate"?) at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Stats.pm line 2232. " and i remove all ITSM Package but Stats problem is not solution. i am using old otrs database 2.3.3 by ITSM, i think problem is this point.

i am reinstalling all ITSM Pack and i live bound "A Message should have a body"

OTRS Developer problem is OTRS::ITSM Incident and Problem Management package, please check and repair shortly. good days
