Dear all, Is it possible to always cc some addresses when sending emails from OTRS? I believe I stumbled across that somewhere, but not so sure. Thanks and Best Regards, Muhammad El-Sergani.

Hi Muhammad, SysConfig -> Framework -> Core::Sendmail -> SendmailBcc That's a blind carbon copy, so the To-recipient won't know you did it. Please use with care. Thanks Lars.
I saw this option before, but was wondering if an auto CC was available?

No, though you can feel free to modify the code for BCC to CC if you'd like.
On the other hand, use notification (event) or modify the message dtl to
include the cc as a value in the html code.
