Bulk actions needs text

Hi, with 2.3 an agent didn´t have to enter any text when moving multiple tickets into the junk queue. Now, I updated to 2.4.2 and am forced to enter a subject and body what is quite useless when moving junk mails. How can I get the old behaviour back? Lars

I've not upgraded yet to 2.4 but in 2.3 there were a:
Config Options: Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewMove
Ticket::Frontend::MoveType:
The queue selection can be shown in a dropdown list or in a new window. If
"New Window" is set you can add a move note to the ticket.
Is it present in 2.4 too ?

no, that param seems to be gone, too

Lars, This is likely a configurable setting from the Sysconfig panel. I do not remember the exact location at this time but a search should find it easily. It is a simple true/false (1/0) field. LQ Lars Monsees wrote: How can I get the old behaviour back? Lars

I already searched for "bulk" but didn´t find anything useful. Perhaps there is a better search term I can use?
