OTRS 2.0.4 not generating outisde tickets

New subject: CustomerTicketPrint.dtl
When a customer tries to print from Ticket Zoom, and the customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketPrint page comes up.... it doesn't read my custom output layout from Output/HTML/Standard/CustomerTicketPrint.dtl. Yet my printheader and printfooter output layouts are processed. So - my question is... is customerticketprint.dtl ignored? And, since this appears to be the case, where does the output come from?
