Change notification language

Hi, I have created a new automatic response (in spanish) after new ticket creating. Once I have configured my queue with that automatic response, I suppose I would receive in spanish the mail from ticket creation... but I continue receiving in english. What must I reconfigure? Thanks.

Notifications are sent based on the preferences of the agent, so if you
want to receive your notifications in spanish validate you language
settings or your system default language.

Hello,
The language is set to every user according to his/her personal preferences
so make sure the user that is receiving the notification has his/her
language set to spanish in his/her personal preferences.
