Hello, You have probably already published the field on the form where you want your agents to fill it (AgentTicketPhone, AgentTicketNote, AgentTicketClose, etc) but what you are probably missing is publishing it on AgentTicketZoom, which will show you the value of the dynamic field once is stored.
