Hi There, any suggestion on how to backup OTRS? Our backup strategy for all our machines: backup everything. Nils Breunese.
That's the safest way. Take special note, does veritas require a plugin to
backup mysql or postgresql. Also, if openldap is on the same machine as
OTRS, you will have to do a cold backup of Openldap
