In /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Agent.pm you can find a function called AgentFreeText which generate the HTML code for free text fields. If you change the default sizes, check also the size for these fields in database. 2006/2/1, ibrahim ALIZ :

Is there a way that I can moidfy the length defined, for the free fields in the front end. In other words When I have just the key for a free field and no free text defined, the system shows a text field with some predefined length. How can I modify this length?
