it seems the only way to lock it after creation....
Now i'm trying to find the way set owner selection automatically in
ticket creation process.
I mean - Field "Owner" automatically filled with Agent name.

This is not that easy as the list of agents is reloaded everytime you select or change the destination queue. You could modify the Ajax load function but there I can’t help you to find a direction, sry.
