Hi Mik, in an earlier version of OTRS 3.0 the archive flag was within the “Add note” area by mistake. This has been fixed in the latest version, so I recommend to update your installation on patch level. Cheers, Nils On 09.12.2010, at 19:11, Mikola Rose wrote:
