Can somebody help me on this please... Im not working full-time with this
so I dont have the time to read all docus to fastrack otrs installation.
As of now:
When the otrs ticket request form is filled-up and submitted, no error occurs.
* OTRS email is otrs@localhost
When i check the otrs system, no queue appeared.
When i checked the /var/mail/otrs, there I see the report which I have submitted via the form.
1. Is it because procmail is not working?
2. Where should otrs email be? (/usr/home/otrs or /var/mail/otrs)
3. I have already installed procmail... how do i start it or tell it to read otrs email in /var/mail/otrs?
