
Hello Charles, As far as I understand your issue is how to fetch email messages from otrs@myhost.edu into queue Postmaster and those from pcsupport@myhost.edu into pcsupport. That is easy: go to Admin>PostMaster PoP3 Account > Select the pcsupport@myhost.edu > Change > and set Dispatching "Dispatching by selected queue". of course you have to choose the Queue (below) as being pcsupport.
