Disable auto add http link in ticket body text
Hi Everyone: Does anyone knows how to disable the auto add link feature in the ticket body text? When I send a ticket and contains e.g. www.mydomain.com , OTRS send it as http://www.mydomain.com and I would like to disable this feature. Thank you in advance. Regards, DM
Hi Diego, I’d like to switch of this feature, too. As far as I can understand the sources, this is not possible without hacking around in Perl. If you find a solution, please let me know! Would bother trying to disable, most email clients are going to turn it back into a link anyway.

Hi Martin I only want disable in "www.example.com" case. The problem is when I send information including a text as "FTP Host: www.example.com" and the recipient read it as "FTP Host: http://www.example.com" This is causing a little confusion with inexperienced users.
