Good day, I am using OTRS 2.4.7. I was thinking of "repairing" the installation but there is no such option in the installation program. Afternoon, First thing I would do is actually physically check the file structure in your OTRS directory. Do you have actually have a Kernel/Output/HTML directory with a LayoutImportExport.pm file in there? Is this from an existing installation, or is this a brand new install? Which distro of Linux are you running on? If this is a new install, how did you install OTRS? It might be as simple as downloading the tarball from the OTRS website and extracting it to your OTRS directory, to ensure that you have all the relevant files.
