Hi! I've followed the installation instructions of OTRS 1.2.2 in a Apache2 RH9 system, and get the following error in the Apache error_log when I try to access http://localhost/otrs/install.pl: [Tue Apr 6 19:11:15 2004] -e: Apache::Reload: Can't locate /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AdminUser.pm [Tue Apr 6 19:11:15 2004] -e: Apache::Reload: Can't locate /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Field/ContDisp.pm There are many "Can't locate" lines following these, but I think these two are enough. In the browser I get a forbidden error, but the permissions on the files are all OK, according to the SetPermissions.sh script. Thanks, Guilherme M. Actually I think I figured it out, running Apache as the 'otrs' user everything goes fine. Maybe the SetPermissions.sh script is broken... Best regards, Guilherme M. I've got the same problem installing the last OTRS version 1.2.3 on a fresh Redhat Enterprise server 3.0 Installing version 1.2.2-01 no problem My web server run as apache user and I executed SetPermissions.sh /opt/otrs otrs apache otrs apache as root Guilherme Martini Dalpian wrote:
