Hi Joseph, 1. Sure, but for now we only ship OTRS with a 32-bit Perl and ditto MySQL and Apache instance. But we have tons of customers running it on 64-bit operating systems. Of course, if you would do an 'installation from source' and install all the components yourself you would be able to install everything in 64-bit. One of the problems is that Apache does not provide pre-compiled 64-bit windows versions (yet) but there are some available on the web. 2. I don't know if it's technically possible to upgrade a Windows 2003 to 2008 server and if it would be advisable or not. Please consult a Microsoft mailing list or forum for advice. I'll **guess** you can't upgrade from a 32-bit OS to a 64- bit OS, but both Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 are available in 32-bit and 64-bit editions. Exception is Windows Server 2008R2 which is only available as 64-bit.
