Redhat EL 5 oracle-instantclient-devel-10.2.0.3-1 oracle-instantclient-sqlplus-10.2.0.3-1 oracle-instantclient-basic-10.2.0.3-1 Perl 5.8.8 OTRS 2.2.3

The database is Oracle 9i

Could anybody tell me something about it?
