Hi, Yesterday I have installed OTRS 2.0.4 in the company where I work but I would like to remove the ticket number from the subject. I think technically this is possible using mail headers to persist the ticket number. Is it possible to configure OTRS to achieve this? I have not seen a solutions searching in the mailing list.
