Yes there is a way to change this behaviour. Go to SysConfig : Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewQueue. There you are able to change the order. We have already a otrs-forum where this feature is discussed, only problem at the moment is, that this all is in german. I think this could be what you are looking for: $Self->{TicketZoomExpandSort} = 'reverse' Jim

Thank you for this information but nothing is different with $Self->{TicketZoomExpandSort} = 'reverse' When I use the MyFile link, OTRS list all tickets in files but there are sorting from older to newer. And, if it's possible, I would sort them from newer to older.
