If you want to reset the ticket counter as well, you can modify things at Ticket -> Core::Ticket under /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig such as the Ticket::Hook or the Ticket::NumberGenerator::MinCounterSize so your new tickets look different from your test tickets.
