hello, I'm having a weird problem with answers. When I select a answer to send to the customer, in the AgentTicketCompose view it shows the history of the e-mail sent to create the ticket, but when I send the answer, the customer doesn't get the ticket history. Any Ideas? how can I solve it or get more info about it? thanks

Hello again, I discovered that it was a problem in the signature I added a picture in the signature and caused this... how may I add a picture that won't break it again? Thanks 2012/2/27 Wagner

This is probably caused by this bug: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7937 We already fixed it and it will be available in upcoming OTRS 3.0.12 and is already in OTRS 3.1.x. -- Mike
