customer info shows as none in ticket view

Hi, I am trying to enable customer information in ticket zoom view, but it shows as none. Where should I check ? Thanks Darshak

random person not in Customer database who has emailed his ticket doesn't
have Customer Information, even if the customer has been created after the
email arrives. Re-assign a customer to the ticket..

So for old tickets is there a way like reload cache or any script ? or only manual way possible ?

Generic Agent might be useful, but that's only good for one customer at a
time.
