What is the difference between "Tickets available" and "All tickets"??

Hello Everybody, There are two things, "Tickets available" and "All tickets". These are shown just beside the page numbers that pop up when there are many tickets in a particular queue(Top Left)... Some times they both are the same number but some times they both are unequal with "Tickets available" > "All tickets" What is the difference between "Tickets available" and "All tickets"?? Tickets 'on hold' (e.g. waiting for reply/pending states) do not show by default. You can view these tickets by clicking the All Tickets button. Kind regards, Pim Rupert Lemonbit Internet
