
Hello friends.... I m workng with otrs few months back.It was workng absolutly fine.. But now suddenly,when Customer/agent User tries to create a ticket.It is giving error as follows::::::: Error: Need TicketID! Hello Priya,
I think there is a problem with you server...
the disc /opt might be full...
so OTRS is not able to write the file... TicketCounter.log...
Just make some free space available in /opt and you will get thru the problem...
