
Hi friends,
I cannot find a Service while creating a ticket after i changed its name.
It appears in in service list but when i try to create a ticket it is not
in the service list. It is related with the queue which i try to create
ticket. Where else do i need to check?

Service will only appear if it is assigned to the customer or default services. Check there.
