multiple attachments

Hello Is it possible for a ticket to accept multiple attachments when first raised? It is not uncommon for us to have 3 or 4 files which relate to a ticket, and is probably a bit of a stretch for all of our clients to learn how to use winzip! Don't know what the max # is, but there are size limitations which may need to be addressed; these can be modified.
