Bug: Html Link / disable html

Hello, sometimes when I paste links ito OTRS they then become --- Thee software can be downloaded here:<br /> <a href="mhtml:{523F5CA8-67D7-4D88-AF17-C56C49A9B93F}mid://00000060/!x-usc:http://www.real-link-to-file.com/file.exe">http://www.real-link-to-file.com/file.exe</a><br /> --- So that if the user clicks on it, the browser opens with an invalid address. What's happning here? In fact I would prefer to handle the tickets without html, at least if the original message was plain text only. Can this be done? Thanks, Jens

did you tried Framework -> Core::Web Frontend::RichText: to NO ?

No. But I'm not sure yet whether I do not want any html. As I said, replies to mails sent via html should be in html. If the issue I described before really is a bug, then I probably will disable html as workaround. Thanks.
