Hi Guys I've just installed 1.3 beta 4 in anticipation of the bulk facility which we have long been waiting for!! I am using RedHat and MYSQL. Anyway I have two questions 1/ in system log I'm seeing the following Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for JISCmail! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for Mailtalk! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for JISCmail::thanks! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for Mailtalk::newlist! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for JISCmail! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for Mailtalk! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for JISCmail! Wed Sep 8 10:34:07 2004 error OTRS-CGI-10 Found no $QueueID for JISCmail::general! 2/ when I click on bulk facility I get Forbidden You don't have permission to access /otrs/ on this server. This is the info that OTRS want't to use this queue (maybe by generic agent) but the queue name can't be found. -=> Check your system. Maybe the queue isn't in there or you wrote the queue name wrong.
2/ when I click on bulk facility I get
Forbidden
It's a bug. :-/ It's hopefully fixed in next beta. E. g. create a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org. Thanks for your help!
