This problem seems logical: when the signature is generated, these variables are not yet known, unlink the agent information. I have now created a ticket close event that includes this information, which brings me to the next question (which seems to have been asked several times already): *is there a way to include HTML in event notifications?* If there is no built-in solution, even a hacky approach would suffice.
