View tickets if you are not owner
Hi list, Is it possible to view in the queue view all open tickets even you are not owner of some tickets. Not in the QueueView. But you can activate the StatusView module via the SysConfig interface. After this module has been activated you have a new button in the menubar and you can easily see open or closed tickets even if you are not the owner.
