OK Sorry, it was not clear to me. The configuration of my environment is as follows: Currently my OTRS is using Sendmail to send messages. I have 5 lines that receive tickets, each by an email. I need each of the queues to send messages using your specific e-mail, using SMTP. I want my SMTP server has a copy of all emails sent from each queue. My SMTP server requires authentication for sending messages, how can i set the password of the accounts of each row? Sendmail could be used if you are running a *nix machine and you can leave empty but sometimes, local MTA, are not able to forward mail because of antispam rules around the world (reverse mapping, hostname and so on).
