Dear All, I am using OTRS 2.4.7 with OpenLdap. Now I am trying to configure new Dynamic Stats Module to get the Agent Name and Custmer Mobile No. in report. Please guide me where should i find the data because i don't have these field in ticket table. Regards, Nitin B.
