And maybe there will still be some directories you have to configure as shared directory between the web frontends. I did not set up such a configuration yet, but planned to and this is my understanding. Maybe best solution would be to buy support from OTRS.comhttp://OTRS.com to get this working. Hi Sapna, Have you stopped cron jobs on server 2? If not, that’s not a proper setting up. It would lead to wrong behaviours. If yes, then you will have a failover setting - but not redundancy. For failover you should only operate on server 1, then once server 1 was down, just activate cron jobs on server 2, server 2 will work. There is only one rsync from server 1 to server 2, but not opposite one. If you need redundancy, your server infrastructure is totally wrong. Please contact us for OTRS Business Solution™ Managed.
