Some tickets not showing in QueueView

Hi, I have a couple of tickets that are in a queue called 'For Review', when I click on Ticket, the 'For Review' queue is not listed. Can anybody guide me in the right direction as to why this is happening? Thanks Rosanna

Is there way I can change this so it shows 'locked' tickets?
