hallo Nele, What you mean exactly by architecture - Do you refer to the data base underlying OTRS? When I first started using OTRS I remember I found a diagram with the tables used for this application. If that's what you're looking for, I can have a look tomorrow when I'm in the office and send you further details. I think I've saved that diagram in my local disk there.
