You'd have to configure mail acocunts via the Postmaster Mailaccount section using either POP3, POP3S, IMAP or IMAPS. You can find the path to the logfile via Admin > SysConfig > Framework -> Core::Log > LogModule::LogFile What method are you using to acces your mail server? POP3, POP3S, IMAP, IMAPS? hello Mr Afshar, yes, I use Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express and chek my email succesfully.In otrs Post Master Mail account I add my mail account and after that when I click on RunNow otrs don't send any errore but my email not appear in my queue.
