Notification about agent activity for watched tickets

Hi, I've noted that with ticket watch, the watcher of a ticket reveives* the same notifications that the owner of the ticket receives*. This means that the watcher will not receive notifications for the actions made by the owner. I'm specially interested in the owner sending an email to the client. Is there a way to send a notification to ticket watchers when the owner sends an email to the customer? I'm using OTRS version 3.0.11 Thanks! German
