postmaster mail account on windows 2008

I have a test installation of OTRS 2.4.7 running on MS Server 2008 and so far I love how powerful and customizable it is. It's synced to AD to pull our customer data and also MS Exchange for smtp/pop3. The mail accounts work fine but I would like to have it poll the mailboxes every X amount of minutes for new mail and I can't seem to find any articles that show me how to do this. Thanks for your help, Ryan Miguel ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the Rebekah Children's Services Email Security System. **** Confidentiality Notice ***** The information contained in this e-mail, and any attachment, is private and confidential and is the property of Rebekah Children's Services. this is normally executed every 10 minutes by the local CronJob service CRONw which is delivered with the *.msi installer. What says the crontab.txt file in $INSTALL_DIRECTORY/CRONw/crontab.txt? Is the CRONw service running? Nils Leideck -- Nils Leideck Senior Consultant nils.leideck@leidex.net nils.leideck@otrs.com http://webint.cryptonode.de / a Fractal project
