We are currently evaluating OTRS. The solution appears to be very good except the lack of robust reporting tools. I'm sorry to ask this question if it has already been answered before - What are the plans to add more reporting features in the future? Has someone created any tools for reporting other than the basic features shown in the OTRS demo? Any information in this area would help us evaluate this great solution. Thank you. There are no special plans for stats features. Maybe you and all other people post a list of wanted default stats. And I put it on the TODO list. However, you still have the possibility to generate your own custom stats by using the SQL database. A database picture is in the CVS (http://otrs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/otrs/doc/otrs-database.dia).
