Yes I saw the warning from Google. It's not a problem if an email is not sent at time T. It can be sent at T+1m or T+10m or even T+1h I don't mind. My concern is when the message is not sent at all.

The first email with warning was sent later. Fine. My question is how can I retrieve the second message? Was it sent at some time after the error? Was it completely destroyed (that would be a terrible programming mistake imho)? Is it sitting somewhere waiting for me to push the resend button?

Hi and thank you very much for your help. The mail queue seems empty: $ sudo -u otrs /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Email::MailQueue --list Mail queue is empty. Done. But that's no surprise since the error says that the unsent message was removed. The communication logs show this : http://download.caoba.fr/576d4rbedy72/otrs_com_log.png I still don't see how I can get to this (possibly) unsent message #520. If you have any idea, please let me know, otherwise, I'm going to let it go as unresolved error. It's the only unresolved one I had in a month. I'm ok with this.
