Hi, I am trying to replace the default salutation but with no success. I have made the default salutation 'invalid', created another and made that valid, but for some reason the default one keeps showing up? What am I doing wrong please? Thanks Rosanna

Hello,
Yes in the queue configuration it says its using my salutation, but when
I go to answer a call that is already logged it uses the one I've
disabled.

mmmh so if you try to: select * from salutation where id = (select salutation_id from queue where name like '%yourqueuename%'); in your db everything is corresponding to what you are viewing in admin ? if yes could be some kind of caching problem or the fact that the old signature is part of a previously responded mail ( I mean, it is not that the new signature is at the "bottomest" part of the reply windows ?) Hello,
Thank you very much for your message. I looked at the queues again and
the group was set to 'user' rather than 'admin'. When I changed to
'Admin' it was all ok.
